Key responsibilities include: recruiting candidates for placement into short term childcare positions. Field new candidate inquiries, screen candidates, schedule interviews, perform due diligence by calling refs and completing background checks. Create branded resume and reference file for the candidate. Pitch job ideas to candidate, answer questions, confirm placements and receive candidate feedback after each engagement. Provide on-going counseling and support to candidates. In short, supporting the full recruiting and placement process from the candidate side; helping to answer the office main phone lines. Each team member to work one weekend a month.
