Hello, families! Education: I am a certified Elementary and Early Childhood teacher through Oklahoma. I earned my education degree from Oral Roberts University and graduated May 2018. The past two years, I've worked as a 3rd grade teacher in a Title 1 school, serving a high English Learner population. My additional training includes basic trauma-informed instruction and Leader in Me curriculum study which teaches students to discover their unique abilities and utilize them within their communities. I do have experience with virtual teaching and can either tutor online or support your child with online learning. Additional experience: I have extensive experience with summer camps, which is how I developed a passion for educating and mentoring children. Because of camp, I have strong connection skills and with multiple types of personalities and I can keep kids constantly engaged in activity & learning.

I am a creative, reliable, experienced teacher of children 2-12 years old and hold a Professional Educator Licence (PEL) in the state of Illinois. Hello! I am a passionate fifth grade teacher looking to provide students with additional support as we navigate online education. I have been with the district for 5 years teaching third and fifth graders. My expertise is in math, science, and ELA. I will be using BLEND for virtual instruction with my students. I can help students with task-management, completing assignments, navigating online platforms, and STAAR test prep. I can also provide fun and engaging supplementary materials when needed. I am available for either virtual or in-person support evenings from 4-8 p.m.

I have taught Preschool for 2 years, Kindergarten for a year, and second Grade for two years. Additionally I have tutored 2nd and 4th grade scholars in social studies and science.
